Overview

Fruit Me is an augmented reality game that uses your device’s front-facing camera for face tracking gameplay. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how the app works.

Data We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

TrueDepth Camera and Face Data

• Fruit Me uses Apple’s ARKit TrueDepth face tracking only to detect mouth position, mouth openness (jaw open value), and mouth width in real time for gameplay controls.
• This face tracking data is processed entirely on-device, in memory, and is never recorded, stored, transmitted, or shared by Fruit Me.
• Fruit Me does not perform face recognition, does not identify users, and does not create or store a biometric face template.
• Camera frames from the front camera are used only for live gameplay rendering.

Optional Gameplay Video Recording

• If you choose to record gameplay, the recording may include camera video and microphone audio.
• Recordings are saved locally on your device and are only shared if you explicitly choose to share them using iOS share actions.
• Face tracking values used for gameplay (mouth position/openness/width) are not embedded as separate data and are not transmitted.

Face Data Sharing and Third Parties

• Fruit Me does not share, sell, or disclose TrueDepth or face tracking data to any third party.
• No face tracking data is sent to Aksay Games servers because Fruit Me does not operate backend servers for this data.

Face Data Storage and Retention

• TrueDepth face tracking values are ephemeral and exist only for the current frame during gameplay.
• Face tracking data retention period: 0 seconds after processing (not stored).

Microphone

• The microphone is used solely to capture audio for optional gameplay video recording.
• Audio is saved locally to your device as part of the gameplay video and is never transmitted to any server.

Game Center

• If you choose to sign in to Game Center, your scores and achievements are managed by Apple’s Game Center service. Please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy for details on how Game Center data is handled.

In-App Purchases

• Purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

Local Data

• Game settings, statistics, and high scores are stored locally on your device using standard app storage. This data is not transmitted anywhere.

Data We Do Not Collect

• No analytics or tracking
• No advertising or ad identifiers
• No location data
• No contacts or address book access
• No third-party SDKs that collect data
• No server-side data storage of any kind

Children’s Privacy

Fruit Me does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The app contains no advertising, no social features that allow communication between users, and no data collection.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will post the revised version here with an updated date.
